Americans Rally in Thousands to Protest Eric Holder’s Terror Trial Decision

Having set the venue for the terror trial in a NYC criminal court, President Hussein Obama demonstrates yet again his unrelenting resolve to abandon reason in favour of leftist ideology, part of which will ensure the USA is terminally crippled for having elected a socialist President that despises the founding virtues of the Union.

While his outrageous decision leaves the way open for all manner of undeserved privilege to the terrorists, including considerations of national security that we already know will hamper the prosecution, this text addresses just one.

To many Europeans and others still daring to think in practical terms, an acquittal of major charges is the likely outcome to the farce of a criminal prosecution, whether in NYC or anywhere else in the United States, and for reasons which are too politically charged to be entertained by normally forthright media and bloggers.

The predictable course of the political circus is for defence to begin by arguing the defendants cannot expect a fair trial, which places the presiding judge on the defensive with a virtually automatic ground for appeal. Next, the Constitution will be invoked to afford the ‘criminals’ trial by their peers, to guarantee that ’suitably sympathetic moderate’ Muslims are represented on the jury during selection. Thereafter, despite Obama’s statement in one of his less lucid moments that they are guilty and deserve to be executed, it is unreasonable to expect even a full and frank confession by the terrorists to result in a unanimous verdict of guilt.

Shock, horror! Politically unpalatable it may be to the fat and complacent Left, yet no ‘true’ Muslim would contribute towards the death of a fellow Muslim by voting for a conviction on charges with a capital outcome. This would be worse than apostasy, and anyone remotely familiar with how Islam works should be able to predict with equal certainty the lifespan of such a misguided jurist.

If this view is bigotry then so be it, yet in the real world it is common enough for jurists to vote for acquittal regardless of the weight or presentation of evidence, often wearing the badge of pride in their refusal to convict a defendant that shares the same ethnic, or in this case religious and ideological backgrounds.

Whilst conceding that democracy is the best form of government we know of, it is far from perfect. This can often be seen where its values and principles collide with common sense. Within this context, only fools and politicians are blinded by righteous principles of equality and the uncompromising supremacy of Law, to mitigate the insanity of extending democratic niceties that defend the rights of those with an unequivocal objective to destroy it.

Hope some of you will make it your mission to try and reverse the “idiot” attorney gen Holder’s decision to grant war criminals a civil trial on our own ground (and the teleprompter king approved it.) Where did we find this “goon”. Rally in any way you can against a NYC US Federal Court civil trial of 9/11 plotters being held less than a mile from ground zero. This is a new attack against NYC, a 9/11 sequel. This ignorant decision doesn’t need to stand. Our Constitution says the majority rules and citizens do still have a voice.

Even God showed his wrath, and he should expect no less of us in defending ourselves, our citizens. Poor puppet Obama doesn’t know what’s going on. He just reads the prompter written by someone else and continues to be manipulated just as he has his entire life while they were grooming/programming him for this position. He has done nothing positive for our country the entire year, since he was sworn in, and pledged to uphold our Constitution. Now he has a chance to do something great and FIRE Holder.

A war is a war, and you just don’t bring your enemies of war to the courthouse for a civil trial. Quote: “They want death, then lets give them death – send them on the paradise express stright to hell.”

Atty. Gen Holder needs to be impeached. Won’t express what I think of Obama. Never forget, 911 was a terrorist war act and not a citizen crime.
